Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to Referly ("we," "our," "us"). By using our platform, you ("user," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
- Job Seekers must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information.
- Referrers must sign up with a valid professional email address from a supported company.
2. Account Usage
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login methods (magic links or codes).
- Misuse of the platform, including fake profiles, spam, or abusive behavior, may result in termination.
3. Service Description
- Referly provides a referral marketplace where Job Seekers can submit applications and Referrers can choose to make referrals.
- We do not guarantee job offers, interview opportunities, or outcomes.
4. Data
- By using Referly, you consent to the storage and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Users may delete their account at any time, which will remove their personal data and applications.
5. Intellectual Property
- The platform, brand, and content are owned by Referly.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or branding without permission.
6. Liability
- Referly is not responsible for job outcomes, communication between Job Seekers and Referrers, or third-party decisions.
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, reliability, or outcomes.
7. Changes
- We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with applicability of GDPR for EU users.
